The Establishment of Practice Liability Insurance System for the Improvement of the Management System of Construction Cost Consultation Industry

As an important participant in the construction market, engineering cost consultation industry is faced with unavoidable and sometimes huge risks. Engineering cost consulting industry is gradually implementing the personal signature system, which not only gives practitioners more power but also increases their liability risk. The nature of engineering cost consulting industry determines that liability risk is inevitable due to lack of knowledge, skills or work negligence. Once a mistake occurs, consulting party must assume the compensation liability for damages, and the clients interests are also harmed. This article sets out to study the necessity and feasibility of establishing practice liability insurance system for the sound development of the construction market from the perspective of improving the management system of engineering cost consultation industry.
