Analysis on Building Trade Eco-efficiency of Heilongjiang Province Based on DEA
Rapid development of china’s building trade was caused by sustained economic growth and urbanization of china. At the same time, energy problems and environmental pollution problems caused by rapid development of china’s building trade had become increasingly serious. We verified the current status of economic benefits, energy benefits and environmental benefits of building trade in Heilongjiang province by evaluating the building trade eco-efficiency of Heilongjiang province. We selected energy consumption indicators, environmental pollution indicators and economic output indicators. And we selected 30 domestic provinces as decision-making units. On the basis, we respectively used CCR model, BCC model and NIRS model to evaluate the building trade eco-efficiency of Heilongjiang province. The results showed that the total efficiency, the technical efficiency and the scale efficiency of the building trade eco-efficiency of Heilongjiang province were all 1 and on efficient state, and building trade in Heilongjiang province was on constant returns to scale stage.
