Study of Law and Policy on Promotion of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Chinese Construction Industry

摘要：

The practice has shown that the development of science and technology is the powerful motivation to the sustainable development of the construction industry. In the process of scientific and technological progress and innovation, the law and government’s policy plays an important part in the promotion of advanced technology achievements. Faced with the promotion problems of the technology achievements in construction industry, we should make the 12th Five Year Plan properly, formulate and improve the relevant policies on the promotion of construction technology achievement, and complete the criterion and industry standard and so on.
