Research on Schematization of Post Evaluation of Guangzhou Asian Games Town Construction Project

摘要：

To ensure that the post-evaluation of the Asian Games Town project reflects the project targets and missions in a comprehensive, objective manner, men has to attach prior significance to planning of post-evaluation. From a perspective of the all life cycle management of construction projects, this essay, under the guidance of the science outlook on development, explores a series of basic issues from the content module design and evaluation index design separately which related to the post evaluation of Guangzhou Asian Games Town projects, including what to evaluate, how to conduct, etc. It provides some instructive, applicable, and standardized suggestions for the post-evaluation of Guangzhou Asian Games Town construction projects.
