Comparative Analysis of Project Guarantee and Project Insurance in the Field of Construction

摘要：

Project guarantee and project insurance are market behaviors of averting and transferring risk by using market forces, and also the most available risk management tools of market entities in the field of construction. Currently, in developed countries, project guarantee and project insurance had been in the development stage of specialization and systematization. However, in China, project guarantee and project insurance are in exploring stage now, and there are still some problems to be resolved. Under the background, this paper analyzed the system of project risk management system of China firstly. The comparative analysis of project guarantee and project insurance from the respects of risk object, participants, beneficiary, Consignor’s goal, risk carrier, and contract base was following then. Combined with the comparative result, analyzed the project guarantee and project insurance system in China, and put forward some suggestions to perfect China’s project guarantee and project insurance system.
