A Study on the Management Mode of High-Speed Railway Construction Project in China

摘要：

In recent years, the construction of high-speed railway is developing vigorously in China. The construction scale, such as large investment amount and project quantities, advanced technology, as well as short construction period, is without parallel, even in the railway construction history all over the world, which means much higher standard of construction project management is indispensable. On the basis of analyzing the problems of railway construction project management mode in China, such as lack of unified management, separation between design and construction and inadequate depth of preparatory work, combining the advanced experience in project management of developed countries, a high-speed railway construction project management mode including centralized management by specialized agency plus socialized entire proceeding project management service is designed in this paper. Finally, policy recommendations to support the operation of this mode are proposed.
