Project Financing: The Optimal Financing Mode to Promote Rural Infrastructure Construction

摘要：

To ensure sufficient and fluent of money supply in the construction of rural infrastructure, establish the evaluation index system. The principle component analysis method is introduced, the dominant effects of BOT, PPP, ABS and other modes for the financing process of rural infrastructure is studied, the common factor which plays the predominant role is found, and the comprehensive evaluation index function is structured. By calculating indexes of the principal components and comprehensive evaluation, merits and defects of each kind of mode are assessed, the integrated rank of the several patterns is evaluated, providing guides of financing mode selection for the construction of rural infrastructure, in order to the smooth implementation of rural infrastructure.
