The Study of Urban Mass Transit Owner’s Organizational Structure Based on Strategic Planning and the Theory of Project-Oriented Company

摘要：

More and more cities have begun the construction of urban mass transit (UMT) with the urbanization of China. As the investment subject of UMT, the owners play a central role in the construction process of urban mass transit. Meanwhile, as a separate legal entity, the owners living condition depends largely on the success of the project. This paper, from the corporate strategy angle, combining with the theory of project-oriented company, analyzed the organizational structure of the owner of UMT, and proposed the principles of organizational structure designing. According the principles, a companys organizational structure was redesigned. At last, according to the entropy theory, the new structure was evaluated and the result showed that the ordered degree of the new structure is increased.
