Study of Tacit Knowledge Mining and Sharing in a Project Team

摘要：

Mining and sharing of tacit knowledge in the project team plays a vital role for the good functioning of the project and knowledge creation of the business. The paper is designed to discuss how to promote the mining and sharing of tacit knowledge in the project team. Based on the connotation and characteristics of tacit knowledge, the necessity for mining and sharing tacit knowledge in the project team are described, followed by the obstacles existing in mining and sharing processes. Then, on these foundations, some measures to promote the sharing of tacit knowledge in the project team are put forward. Finally, the author describes the application of mining and sharing tacit knowledge in a project team in the real estate industry.
