Construction Project Team Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Building

摘要：

The characteristics of construction projects are temporary and uniqueness increased the difficulty of knowledge sharing of the project team. In order to improve its competitiveness, construction enterprise is in urgent need to build a system of project team knowledge sharing mechanism. The management system is necessary to establish information communication platform. This paper using the theory and method of knowledge management, aiming at some of the characteristics of construction project management proposed the mechanism including knowledge sharing of project team inside and knowledge sharing between the project team.
