The Analysis on Current Situation and the Countermeasures of Construction Safety Management

In the past years, with the scale, height and complexity of construction projects extending increasingly, the safety accidents in construction industry took place frequently, which unavoidably caused workers casualty and money loss and affected badly on the whole society. In this paper, the safety situation is analyzed firstly and the typical safety accidents are summarized according to the data about the safety situation in construction industry. The deficiency of safety consciousness among the participators of construction project and the insufficient supervision are regarded as the root of the safety accidents. To reduce the occurrence of the typical safety accidents, it is necessary to heighten the safety consciousness and the professional level of all participators, to consider the construction safety since the early stage, and to build up the perfect law and statute system of safety management in construction industry.
