Land Property Right System Reformation and Sustainable Development

摘要：

Sustainable use of land resource is an important foundation and prerequisite to achieve sustainable economic development of human society. However, in recent years due to unreasonable land property rights system, Chinese current land use situation does not meet the best condition. With the method of qualitative analysis, the paper demonstrates the sharp confliction between sustainable development and land protection. The paper argues that to achieve sustainable development of Chinese land resources, we must change the current unreasonable land use and improve the land property rights system. This article focuses on the importance of the sustainable use of land resources, analyzes the main reasons for restricting land use in China, and further discusses how to improve Chinese land property rights and promotes the countermeasures of economic and social sustainable development.
