Analysis on Economic Sustainable Development of Real Estate Industry Based on Gray Theory

摘要：

By analyzing the main factor of affecting the economic sustainable development of real estate industry and mechanism, the paper has established an analyzing model of real estate sustainable development founded on the base of the gray theory to demonstrate the factors affecting the real estate economic sustainable development and finally finds which factor is the most important or less important. And on this basis, countermeasures are proposed to perfect market demand and to promote the economic sustainable development of the real estate industry.
