Carbon Emission Accounting Method and Low-Carbon Path in Municipal Infrastructure

摘要：

Municipal infrastructure is one of the most important parts of city system. It’s too significant to save energy and reduce carbon emission in the municipal infrastructure. The carbon footprint and carbon emission composition of municipal infrastructure were analyzed based on two factors that were system composition and life cycle. Accounting method and process of municipal infrastructure were defined based on the analysis results. At last, the conception of low-carbon in municipal infrastructure was put forward based on the principal of sustainable development, and the development path of low-carbon in municipal infrastructure which is suitable for China was constructed.
