Study on Cost Structure and Control of Real Estate Supply Chain

摘要：

At present the competition is fiercer for the Real Estate Enterprises in our country. This paper suggests applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the project of real estate enterprises and sets up the mode of supply chain on the project and then based on the mode of supply chain, we build the mode of the SCM taking the real estate enterprise as the center and discuss the operational flows of the supply chain of the project, finally establish real estate development enterprise supply chain and the corresponding cost control model.
