Research on the Supply Chain Cost Model of Indemnificatory Housing
The construction of indemnificatory housing is one of our people’s livelihood engineering, and it is the inevitable choice to solve the housing difficulties for the low-income people now. The local governments have taken part in the ranks of indemnificatory housing’s construction in response to the central government’s call. However the situation of indemnificatory housing’s construction is much cry and little wool in all district, and the reason is that the local government failed to solve the financing problems of indemnificatory housing fundamentally, so it also reflects that our country’s indemnificatory housing exists a lot of deficiency about controlling the cost on the other hand. This paper introduces the supply chain cost structure of indemnificatory housing from the angle of the supply chain and puts forward the theoretical supply chain cost model from the point of the operational research, and analyzes the specific cost models and reaches the conclusion, puts forward the proposal of controlling the supply chain cost of indemnificatory housing at last.
