Research on Real Estate Development Management System Based on Meta-synthesis

摘要：

The real estate market system is an open complex system. It is a rich connotation concept with the characteristic of integrity, openness, hierarchy, self-organization and multi-subjectivity. With the theory of complex systems, this paper analyses the complexity of the real estate market deeply, and discusses the feasibility of the application of Meta-synthesis in the real estate market management. Based on the Meta-synthesis, it builds a Hall for Workshop Meta-synthetic Engineering of the real estate development management, and designs the manage process from qualitative to quantitative. Finally, it establishes a three-dimensional evaluate model, combining with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, to estimate the efficiency of the meta-synthetic management. The aim of this research is to provide an effective and reliable scientific method to solve the complicated problem of the real estate development.
