The real estate marketing in our country follows the course and way of the developed countries basically and is not in with times. Considering the application of time sequence analysis and association rule in the real estate marketing ,finding association rule of the target people in different time and useful information of clustering customer for real estate marketing association rule, and so on. It takes an advantage method used in real estate marketing field application.
