New Pattern of the Construction Mode of Indemnificatory Apartment

At present, the quality problem of our affordable housing is very common. This paper discusses the pattern of the construction of affordable housing in China and establishes the government and developers Game to study the fundamental problem of the construction of affordable housing in the current mode. This paper analyzes the construction mode of the developed countries and areas and the significance. Combined with China’s reality construction of affordable housing model is discussed. Direct construction of the government, agent construction method in the construction of affordable housing application is analyzed.
