Empirical Research on German Real Estate Brokerage Industry

摘要：

The operation and management system of real estate brokerage is mature in Germany where the first Association of Realtors was founded in 1924 and it has thousands of members at present. German real estate brokerage industry developed with extensive business, perfect operation system and sound laws and regulations. In this paper a deep research is done on German real estate brokerage industry which contains its business content, organizations and employees, the relevant institution, industrial organizations, charging standards, etc. The authors find out its industrial strength and problems to offer it a better picture in the future and also provide reference for the immature real estate brokerage industry in China.
