A Study on Chinese Housing Problem and Housing Policy

摘要：

The excessive development of commercial residential real estate illustrates the draggling of the policy and management of housing in China, and there are many causes. This paper makes an analysis from the perspective of housing policy implementation and provides four suggestions, including multi-level housing supply system, improving the related legal system and clearing regulatory duties.
