Discussing the Social Security Housing Legal System in China
With the speeding up of our country urbanization and the growth of population, the contradictory between the population and the housing is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, establishing the social security housing system and perfecting social security housing legislation has become current urgent matter.Because of the lack of the social security housing legal system, there are many problems in our country, for example, imperfection of the relevant legal system, lack of standardization in the related rules and regulations, etc, which have led to many problems in the aspects of construction, implementation, distribution and funding sources of social security housing. Suppressive effects of these problems are increasingly prominent. The paper tries to recognize and analyze correctly the flaw and insufficiency of the social security housing legal system. In view of these problems in Chinas social security housing system, the paper proposes some suggestions. The legislature should specify residence rights in the Constitution and come on housing security act as soon as possible. Moreover, the legislature should gradually perfect laws concerning security housing and construction of local laws and regulations. Besides, coordination between different laws and regulations should be enhanced in order to provide legal support for the construction of social security housing system.
