Connotation of Urban Housing Security and Research on Fairness and Efficiency in the Housing Security System

摘要：

The relationship between fairness and efficiency and the guarantee scope in the urban housing security mechanism has become a hot spot since the housing policy reform. Firstly, the guarantee scope is clear by connotation of urban housing security. Secondly, the connotation and the logic dialectical relationship between fairness and efficiency are deeply analyzed because fairness and efficiency in housing security mechanism have been defined clearly. Finally, it is obvious that the housing security system should benefit the residents, and make them enjoy social and economic achievements fully. At the same time, the housing security system should keep pace with the times, and improve the security level constantly with the improved efficiency of housing security and without loss of fairness to achieve the maximization of social welfare.
