Research on the Financing Dilemma and Model Diversification of Low-Rent Housing in China
Low-rent housing is regarded as the safeguard measure to resolve the housing problem of the lower-income in China.Recently it has been developed greatly.However there is serious funding pressure and it results in financial dilemma on low-rent housing?exploitation and operation. As far as Chinese situation, how to broaden the financial sources is the most important problem that needs to face and work out. According to the financing dilemma in China,this paper proposes for diversified financing models桺PP..REIT as well as establishes the relative patterns in order to explore the financing models that fit for China.
