A Study on Property Management of Intelligent Residential Building: Problems and Solutions

摘要：

By analyzing the characteristics of the intelligent residential and its management, the existing problems like the managing capabilities and organizations, the policies and regulations are pointed out in the paper. The optimized measures are proposed such as adopting new managing ideas and establishing new organizing structures. The research is beneficial to the development of intelligent residential building and its property management level.
