Certain Building Depreciation Rate Based on Expert Evaluation and Annual Depreciation Method

摘要：

Certain depreciation rate is crucial for evaluating cost of the building. This paper breaks down the building into division projects, the weights of division projects are determined by AHP method. Expert evaluation method and annual depreciation method determined Depreciation Rate of the building respectively, using fuzzy comprehensive appraisement method integrates the depreciation rate and the weights to get depreciation rate of the whole building, provide the basis for evaluation the cost of used-building. An example showed the method is fair and operational.
