Evaluation on Intensive Land Use in Urban District-Taking Qianwan Bonded Zone as Example
The development of urban district is an effective way to resolve resource constraints and develop economy. But the intensive and efficient use of new district land is becoming a hot topic to decision-makers and planning department. This paper, taking Qianwan Bonded Zone of Qingdao economic and technological development zone as example and starting from a middle level perspective, constructs an evaluation indicator system from three aspects: land utilization status, land utilization efficiency, and management performance. It evaluates the degree of intensive land use in the district using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation result is that: (1) the status of intensive land use in Qianwan Bonded Zone is good; (2) the intensive land use in Qianwan Bonded Zone has achieved the result of high land development and construction ratio but low land supply ratio. The structure of land utilization is reasonable and the industry development is going well; (3) the national and local land utilization policies are well implemented.
