Comprehensive Evaluation of Rural Homestead Exchange Project
Rareness of land resources is one of the main issues that are restricting the urbanization and industrialization process in China. To make an intensive use of rural land, accelerate urbanization and industrialization process, improve rural living environment and rural people’s living standards, China is undergoing an urban-suburban homestead exchange project in some more developed economy regions. By adopting empirical research methods, this paper firstly analyzes the background, status, mode and effect of Homestead Exchange, then applies AHP in specific examples to determine the index and weight of its comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to accomplish a comprehensive evaluation of exchange projects. With the evaluation results, the merits and demerits of the exchange project will be revealed, which can provide a realistic basis for relevant decisions.
