The Positive Interaction between Land Use Evolution and City Planning Management under Urbanization Background

Considering the relationship between urban land use and the city planning management in the urbanization of coastal cities, and the economic, social and environmental benefit, selected the urban indicators such as population and construction land use of Dalian City during 1993-2009 to assess the city land use level by principal component analysis method. On the basis of assessment and the development features of Dalian, analyzed the evolution trend and stage of land use and its relationship with city planning. The result shows that the land intensive use level has gradually increased year by year, and it indicates continuity and stage characteristics. The influence and effect of city management to city planning and city land use show that Dalian City planning and land use construction are irrational and low efficiency in land use. There must be some problems in urban planning formulation, city land use and planning management. Here put forward methods to solve the problems in order to establish a positive interaction between city planning and city land use under market economy.
