Land Resource Use and Urban Planning Management in Yingkou

摘要：

Based on the land resources use data from 2000 to 2010 of Yingkou city, the present situation of land resources use is to be analyzed with the method of dynamic analysis, as well as the existing problems of Yingkou city. According to the present situation of land resources use and the existing problems of land resources use of Yingkou city, some urban planning and management suggestions are proposed based on the prediction results of the dynamic analysis method. They are beneficial to sustainable use of land resources of Yingkou city. The results showed that the arable land resources in Yingkou city are scarce and the conflict of land use is increasingly outstanding; the use efficiency of construction land is not very high; and the phenomenon of land deterioration and damage is serious. For solving these problems, the paper combines with local economic, social, demographic and other factors.It makes some rational suggestions of planning and management which is in favor of sustained development of the urban land resources.
