Research on the System of Infrastructure Investment and Financing in Rural Areas

Rural infrastructure construction has always been the weak link and no system of investing and financing in China. To a great degree, it embarrasses the rural areas be get rid of state of isolated and backward effectively. Recently, China has established economic and social goals as ‘building a well-off society in an all-round’ and ‘accelebrating building a harmonious society’. At present, the critical ‘issues concerning agriculture, countryside and famers’ and the city has formed the system of urban infrastructure construction with the use of market function and the trend of diversification. We have the proposal that the rural infrastructure system of investment and financing should us the trend of the city.
