Enlightenment of the New Economy Growth Theory to Infrastructure Construction in ILi River Basin

摘要：

After briefly introducing the theory of economy growth experienced in four phases, this paper focused on Romer and Lucas’s economy growth theory. On this basis, through the investigation and study of the infrastructure construction in ILi River Basin, this paper has put forward the theory’s reference in four areas for the infrastructure construction in ILi River Basin.
