Research on JIT Production Logistics Management System

摘要：

Just in time (JIT) distribution is an necessary activity for the JIT production system ,which delivers the right parts with the right quality and quantities to the right place at the right time. In this paper we analyze and build a logistics distribution mode of a just-in-time based production system and develop a JIT production logistics information system using RFID technology, XML technology and .NET platform. The information system has four function modules: user management, basic data management, distribution management and interface management. The practice of JIT pull production shows that the rate of material distribution is effectively increased and the inventory is effectively decreased . The developed system and ERP system can control production process and material movement well.
