Traffic Survey System Based on GPS, GPRS and GIS
Referring to research findings of existing traffic survey instrument, this paper bases on electronic traffic survey counter to insert GPRS module, microprogram controller, vehicle type selection keyboard and direction selection keyboard, and utilizes computer technology to establish data processing platform, studies and designs the traffic survey system on the basis of GPS, GPRS and GIS. This system can realize real-time monitoring on surveyors, accurate and timely transmission and processing of survey data, and automatic analysis and management of survey data.
