Study on Coating and Technological Conditions of LLM-105

For the study of new insensitive energetic material LLM-105s coating and techniques, by means of theory analysis through the interface, calculation of the contact angle test, verified that EPDM can coat LLM105. Booster samples were prepared by adopting water suspension method with EPDM is the adhesive. And the coatings optimal technological condition is also be verified. The results showed that, the obtained LLM105/EPDM booster can be coated better. The final results of the improved optimal technological condition is with vacuum degree is 0.03mpa, stirring speed is 430r/min, dropping speed is 0.06ml/min.
