The Study of Forewarning Management Control System on Coal Mine

摘要：

Two-thirds of fuel consumption is from coal, coal mine safety accident causes huge loss of property and threatens the life safety of workers. However, 80％ of the accidents are caused by poor management. It is greatly necessary to study coal mine safety management control. The construction of forewarning management control system has great benefits on reducing accident. As it transforms the management model of the coal mine from afterwards controls to beforehand control. Forewarning management control system that composed by subsystem, data storage layer and show layer have the functions of. This paper will focus on management control with building forewarning management control system identifying, monitoring and diagnosing and evaluating dangerous factors to change it within security state.
