Reseach on Entrepreneur Spirit Cultivation and Construction
As a social entrepreneurship spirit capital is an important component of economic growth and the development of the enterprise, is the source of enterprise nature influence key, it belongs to high level enterprise culture category, in improving the social economic growth, promoting social development shows the importance of increasing unprecedented. As the competition pattern of change, cultivate the spirit of the entrepreneur has become a topic of concern. In this, this paper expounds the connotation of the spirit of the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur should have the quality, the entrepreneur spirit on the economic development of the important role, and then concrete analysis the current lack of entrepreneurial spirit, and the reasons and analysed from three aspects the influence factors of the entrepreneurial spirit, finally from seven aspects, points out that the spirit of the entrepreneur to cultivate and constructing method.
