Research of Temperature Control Algorithm in PCR Gene Amplify Instrument

To achieve stable and accurate temperature control in PCR gene amplify instrument, A complex PID control algorithm, including Bang-Bang control and Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, was proposed in this paper to improve the control dynamical and stable ability. The hardware of PCR gene amplify instrument and PID controller and fuzzy logic reasoning are introduced in this paper. The process of PID controller, fuzzy logic PID controller and fuzzy logic velocity PID controller controls nonlinearity system are emulated respectively with MATLAB SIMULINK, so that the control result can be compared. Experiments in the self-made PCR gene amplify instrument manifest fuzzy logic velocity PID is the most stable and accurate temperature control algorithm.
