The State of Field of High-throughput SNP Genotyping System

High-speed and low-cost high-throughput nucleic acid detection technology has become the mainstream of nucleic acid detection, and gradually developed to the super high-throughput. Application of highthroughput nucleic acid analysis technique has provided new technical platform for many research fields. Currently a lot of countries combine gene chip with corresponding technique to form a new generation of high-throughput analytical platforms, which are widely used in various fields. This particle discusses one main aspect, high-throughput analytical technique and detecting platforms of SNP genotyping analysis in detail. In addition to the current aspect on high-throughput analytical technique and commercial system, such as highthroughput SNP detecting chip and so on, the particle focuses on the newest research results in the field of China. And the particle introduces other highthroughput analytical system briefly, and then look ahead the development of this field.
