The Design Calculation and Construction of the Ribbed Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Spirally Wound Corrugated Pipe under Ultra-deep Bury

The ribbed steel reinforced polyethylene spirally wound corrugated pipe is a new type of plastic underground drainage pipe. The product is similar to the A-shaped ribbed steel by using of a continuous strip to be pressed into ,which is spirally wound inner and outer layers of thermal polyethylene, combined with the steel high stiffness, high strength and polyethylene flexible, corrosion-resistant, wearresistant performance, that can make pipe SN8, SN10, SN12.5, SN16, many type ring stiffness . All of this make up the restrictions which a larger diameter plastic underground pipe can only achieve SN8, the product is characterized by high strength, light weight. This article is about improving the theoretical calculation methods and construction management to achieve ultra-deep located 20 meters, to meet the engineering requirements and to ensure the project quality, and further proof of the products outstanding performance and benefits.
