AUTOMATED DROPLET-BASED MICROFLUIDIC SYSTEMS FOR HIGH-THROUGHPUT SCREENING AND SINGLE CELL ANALYSIS
Recently, droplet-based microfluidic analysis systems have undergone fast progress and hold great potentials in high throughput screening by minimizing biological and chemical assay in picoliter to nanoliter droplets. Despite the great success of droplet-based systems, multifunctional microfluidic systems that can perform complex manipulations for nanoliter to picoliter droplets still present challenges.
