COMPARISON AND VERIFICATION OF GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION BASED ON MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES FROM ESCHERICHIA COLI AND WHOLE BLOOD
In many large genetic studies, the amount of available DNA can be one of the criteria for selecting samples for study. Compared to those genomic DNA methods using organic solvents or commercial kits, the method based on MNPs is timesaving and cost-effective without the laborious centrifugation or precipitation steps, and has the great potential for automated DNA extractioa After the preparation of carboxyl-modified superparamagnetic nanoparticles, the yield and purity of genomic DNA based on MNPs are very better. In this paper, we compared and verify of genomic DNA extraction from Escherichia coli and whole blood based on magnetic nanoparticles. These genomic DNA extracted by using the MNPs method can all be available for the next molecule steps.
