FABRICATION OF CONICAL NANOPORES FOR BIOSENSORING

As a unique multifunctional analytical nanoscale device, nanopores have a great range of applications in biotechnology. In this paper, we explore how to use different conditions of Focused Ion Beam to fabricate conical nanopores of different sizes and morphologies.
