THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CAPACITANCE CHARACTERISTIC OF SOLID-NANOPORE

For testing the parallel capacitance of solidnanopore detecting system, some theoretical calculations are proposed and confirmed by experiments on practical circuits. Experiments are designed for a nanopore in different solutions and the results show the capacitance is changed while the solution changed.
