ASSOCIATION ANALYSIS OF GENES RELATED TO ELECTRON TRANSFER FOR SHEWANELLA ONEIDENSIS MR-1
This paper employed Liquid Association theory to gene expression profile data, aiming at discovering new function genes that play important roles in electron transfer and exploring unknown expression and regulation relationships of genes related to electron transfer. The gene expression profile we used here was provided by NCBI Gene Expression Ominous on Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 in different conditions, totally 158 samples. After direct association and coexpression analysis, kinds of new genes that involved in electron transfer, such as cytochrome c3, fumarate reductase flavoprotein subunit precursor, methylaccepting chemotaxis protein, decaheme cytochrome c, has been identified and new regulation relationships between genes that related to electron transfer has been discovered.
