DIFFERENTIAL EXPRESSION AND TARGET PREDICTION OF MICRORNAS IN HIPPOCAMPUS IN SEVOFLURANE-ANESTHETIZED RATS

MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as endogenous regulators of gene expression, play an important role in many physiological and pathological processes. Here, expression profile of 6 miRNA family (13 miRNAs), including tniR-132, miR-183, miR-133, miR-29, miR-10 and miR-223 family, were investigated in hippocampus in sevoflurane-anesthetized rats. These miRNA were all expressed in hippocampus and sevoflurane anesthesia induced a time-dependent, but not dosedependent expresion change for 6 miRNA family. The expression difference of miR-10a, miR-223, miR-133a and miR-451 were most significant. Bioinformatic analysis indicated that Laspl, Gpm6, Slc6al and ACSL3 for miR-133a; Mtpn, Lmo2 and Rnf34 for miR-223; BDNF, SDC1 and ELAVL2 might be targets for miR-10a. But, targets of miR-451 did not be found. Although predictions had not been experimentally validated, these data should be benefit for illustrating the role of miRNA in memory impariment induced by sevoflurane anethesia.
