GENOTYPING THREE SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISMS ASSOCIATED WITH RISK OF GOUT BY IMPROVED TRI-PRIMER PCR
Gout is the most frequent inflammatory joint disease in men above 40 years of age. In order to rapidly diagnose and control the pathogenesis of the gout, three SNPs associated with uric acid concentration and gout were selected and genotyped through improved tri-primer PCR. 10 sample of Chinese Han population were detected, and the results showed that the SNP can be quickly and cost-effectively detected by improved tri-primer PCR, and the genotypes of the SNPs consistent with the incidence of gout The results of the method can be a reference for the early diagnosis of gout
