RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN TECHNIQUE OF METAGENOME TARGETED ANALYSIS CAPTURE PROBE OF MICROBIAL COMMUNITY IN LIQUOR FERMENTATION

摘要：

This paper discusses a method which uses chip technology combining with metagenome targeted analysis to do the research and analysis of the microbial community in Daqu liquor productioa Through the collection and organization of microbial metabolic key enzymes gene during the process of liquor-making, and the design of primer to make capture chip so that the capture and sequencing analysis of the metagenomics purpose segment can be done, we can achieve the purpose of the analysis of the microbial community.
