SENSITIVE DETECTION OF MICRORNAS WITH SIMPLIFIED LOOP-MEDIATED ISOTHERMAL AMPLIFICATION (LAMP)

摘要：

A simplified loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) system has been designed and investigated for sensitive detection of miRNA. With the simplified LAMP reaction, as low as 1. 0 pM miRNA can be quantitatively detected with one-step operation and the dynamic range spans over 4 orders of magnitude. The LAMP-based miRNA assay also exhibits high selectivity to clearly discriminate one-base difference among miRNA sequence.
