Study on Transformation Path and Planning Countermeasure of Resource-based City Guided by New Development View

摘要：

The scientific view of development with the emphasis on entirety, balance, coordination and innovation is our guideline for transform development of resourcebased cites. But it is an important and frontier issue to carry out the mode of scientific outlook of development, as to achieve total transformation including ecology, economy, society. Based on new background of the times, the author systematically summarizes main problems of resource-based cities, then brings up the main transformation paths and many countermeasures accordingly under the background of urban-rural planning, as to come up with references and suggestions.
